Terms of Service

SpotX Algo provides software that connects to your own cryptocurrency exchange account through an API key you create, and places spot orders on that account according to a proprietary automated strategy. We provide software and automation. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management or brokerage services.

We never take custody of your assets. Your funds remain at your exchange throughout. We do not request, accept or use withdrawal permissions on any API key.

You are responsible for your exchange account, for creating an API key with read and spot trading permissions only, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

Access is granted for as long as your subscription is active and confirmed by our payment processor. If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, new automated entries stop. We will not liquidate or otherwise act on your holdings because of a billing event.

Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including total loss. Results depend on market conditions, fees, slippage and liquidity. Nothing on this platform is a guarantee of profit.

The strategy, its rules, parameters and all platform software remain our exclusive property. You may not reverse engineer, replicate or attempt to extract the strategy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange outages or third-party failures.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or where continued service would breach law or an exchange's terms.
