Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access continues until then.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, because access to the software is granted immediately.

Where the platform was unavailable for an extended period through our fault, or where a charge was made in error, contact support and we will review the charge and issue a refund where appropriate.

Trading losses are not grounds for a refund of subscription fees. The subscription pays for access to the software, not for a trading outcome.

Nothing here limits refund rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
