Privacy Policy

Account details (email and name), subscription and payment status from our payment processor, your exchange connection status, and the trading activity the system generates on your account. We also record referral attribution where you arrived through a creator link.

We do not run identity verification for ordinary subscribers, and we do not store your card details — those stay with the payment processor. Your exchange API secret is encrypted and is never displayed again after you submit it.

To operate your account, run the automated strategy on your exchange connection, show you results, handle billing, calculate creator commissions and send service emails.

We use third-party providers for payments, hosting, database and email. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Account and trading records are retained while your account exists and for as long as legally required afterwards. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
